Remove html tags from Structured Data

Hi,
Is there any way to remove html tags from Structured Data, I use some tags in ‘description’, So when i test the schema, it shows along with the html tags.

This is the Structured Data of my Website, Please check the ‘descritption’ in @product type. It includes all the html entities like
<ul> <li>n all. So is there a way to remove it?Or maybe I want the description to be the content instead of the excerpt.
