Remove HTML code in my e-mail

When my customers fill out my website form it looks like this (see below) in my e-mail. How can I get rid of that HTML code that is popping up and make it more readable? This is being pulled from the MESSAGE BODY section. I also would like to bold the first word before the colon. Please help! Thanks!
