    Hi There,

I am using this plugin to generate invoice to my customer after they made purchase, also I am using another plugin called “Order date, Order pickup, Order date time, Pickup Location, delivery date for WooCommerce” By PI Websolution to specify order data and time for all my orders coming from WooCommerce, currently I can see the full raw HTML code which is generated in the PDF Incoice. I Would like to know more on how your plugin reads these additional meta data and how i can configure it to not show this in the pdf invoice.

Here is the screenshot of the HTML output in the PDF Invoice its generating for the user, for your kind perusal and reference.

As always thanks in advance for any help !

    Regards,
    Wen Jun.

Thanks for sharing that. Our plugin does not read this data, which means that the “Order date, Order pickup, Order date time, Pickup Location, delivery date for WooCommerce” (longest name ever!) plugin adds this to the invoice using on of the available action hoks. I recommend reaching out to them to ask if they can fix this bug. It looks like the HTML is encoded, otherwise our plugin would render it as it does with normal HTML elements.

Perhaps @rajeshsingh520 (author of that plugin) could also react here?

    Good luck!

    Hi @pomegranate ,

Thanks for the reply ! I know it can be a mouthful ??.

I’ve Managed to speak with the support from that plugin. The Problem has been resolved, it seems that I have used wordpress editor to customise my text to have it become bold and aligned to the middle, which is whats causing the raw HTML ouput behaviour.

Again, thanks for the suggestion and feedback !

    Regards,
    Wen Jun.

    Hi @pomegranate ,

I have already provided 5 star rating to your plugin as requested. A well deserved 5 star.

On a short note, so sorry I might need your help one more time to identify some product item attribute which is printed on the pdf invoice your plugin generates.

Would you have any idea what meta keys would your plugin be identifying when printing out product name? I am having difficulty or troubles identifying the metakey which is being used to print out a certain attribute. I am looking to use the metakey to print its value in our order note, so that when we recieve order from the woocommerce app we can see what are the actual item selection which are made.

Below is an example which illustrates the metakey which I am after. Its the one highlighted in yellow.

As always thanks in advance for your help.
