Remove Header Image,Change Site Title and Tagline ,

    I am not sure which version of word press I’m using via blue host, and just started the blog 1 month ago.
    I tried to make the changes you suggested in other posts with no success. went to the widgets and to the customize option as well.
    Need to upload my own banner image, change the title and tagline.
