Remove Header Image,Change Site Title and Tagline ,

  • I am not sure which version of word press I’m using via blue host, and just started the blog 1 month ago.
    I tried to make the changes you suggested in other posts with no success. went to the widgets and to the customize option as well.
    Need to upload my own banner image, change the title and tagline.

  • Hello crochetersco, to know the which version of WordPress you are using is go to home and scroll down and view on right corner. Screenshot
    To customize the site title and tagline go to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity and change the title and tagline. To change the banner image go to Appearance > Customize > Header Image. Try once and if not work, let me know. I will mentor you another right way.
