Remove Grey Overlay from Header Image

Hi!
I’ve tried every bit of CSS I can find, but I’m having trouble finding out how to remove the grey from the header image of the site I’m working on. It should be very bold, but the overlay is muting all the colors. How can i get rid of this? Thanks!
