Remove Google Site Verification

Good Afternoon.
I am trying to remove a Google Site Verification from my home page. This is what I need to remove <meta name=”google-site-verification” content=”XXXXX–XXXXX-XXX” /> I sse this when I use Chrome and view page source.

My reading settings are set to “your latest post” however my blog appears to have a static page.

Meta tags, verification files, or DNS records are associated with this email address. To unverify this owner, you must remove the following from your site:Meta tag:
<meta name=”google-site-verification” content=”XXXXX–XXXXX-XXX” />

In order to remove this user I need to delete the meta and that where I’m stuck!

How do I edit this?
