Remove front end “I want other users to message me settings”

Hello,

On the message page settings menu (in the front end)users get to see the setting “I want other users to message me check box”

Please how can I disable other users from messaging other users globally and remove the front end message setting “I want other users to message me check box”. I don’t want the users to see this settings.

I don’t want users to message other users. I want only the Admin to be able to send messages to the users and the users can not approve or disapprove this on the message menu settings.
