    Hello! I’m doing a bit a testing before our Black Friday sale and noticed that “Remove from Groups” doesn’t seem to be working after purchasing a product. My test accounts were not removed from specific groups after purchasing a product, even though those groups were set in “Remove from Groups” for the product. Could you please verify that this feature is working? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    FYI, if you are referring to Groups WooCommerce, according to the Community Forum Guidelines for Commercial Products, you need to submit your suppor request to the dedicated forum for this premium product.

    Otherwise and if this is not the plugin you are using, then kindly indicate how do you remove users from groups upon a specific product purchase.

    Apologies! I forgot Groups WooCommerce is a separate plugin. I’ll post there.
