Remove flag of the current language

    Hello, it is now quite new that in “Widget Looks: Flags” above the flags of the languages to be selected, a flag of the currently selected language is also displayed. Is there a way to deactivate it?

    Hi,

    I think your top menu does not support sub-menu items. I would recommend to create a menu item with [gtranslate] shortcode in your top menu instead of using Show in Menu option.

    Hello and thank you for the quick reply. Somehow I don’t get it right now though, how to get the shortcode into the menu ?? Could you please describe it to me in more detail?

    You can go to Appearance -> Menus -> Custom Link then set URL = # and Link Text = [gtranslate] then Add to Menu.

    Good, since you have display:block CSS for top-bar-menu link elements in your theme style.css file, you need to add the following in Custom CSS section on GTranslate settings page: a[data-gt-lang] {display:inline-block!important}
