Remove field headers from notification message

    Hello!

    I imagine this functionality is not available with the Lite version but I thought it worth asking: Is there any way to remove the field headers (Name, Email, etc.) from the Notification messages?

    Not from the Contact form itself and how it is displayed on the site – from the email message sent to those on the Notifications list.

    And if this option is not available for the Lite version, is it something that is available with the Pro?

    Hi homemadejam,

    We don’t have a built-in way to do this. However, you can do this by going to the form builder’s notifications settings (Settings > Notification). In the Message field remove the {all_fields} Smart Tag.

    Then, add the field Smart Tags, such as {field_id=”1″}, to the Message field. This Smart Tag pulls information from field ID #1. In case it helps, we have a guide on how to locate field ID.

    Here’s an example of using field Smart Tags in the Message field in this screenshot.
