Remove Featured Images

I’m trying to remove the Featured Images from the page that shows all of my posts. They’re always on top of the post before it gets to the title and the post itself and I really don’t want it there. It looks sloppy and unprofessional. The only reason I have Featured Images is because I use a grid to show featured posts with images.

The setting area where it says “Don’t show featured images on full post” doesn’t work either at all or in the way I was hoping for. Who knows how to get rid of it?

Update I just picked a different style setting.
