Remove featured image Foxy Theme slider

Hello, I am using the foxy theme for my new website and I would like to use it to have one slide and no photo. I can do the one slide part however when I don’t upload an image, there is a big black box with the post title in the middle of my slider. How do I remove this? Thanks!
