Remove featured image & .entry-content from page.

    I’ve been trying to remove the featured image and blog entry from this particular page.

    Here’s what I’ve ascertained so far:

    • Figured out the page is being rendered using index.php
    • The content is under .entry-content

    So far, I’ve tried adding .entry-content{display:none;} onto just that page using a CSS plugin to no avail. I’ve also tried modifying content-front-page-panels.php and content-front-page.php and stripping all the code related to the featured image and blog post, but those changes are not being reflected on the page.

    The page is set to the Posts Page under Reading Settings->Static Page->Posts Page

    I ended up using Visual Composer to macgyver a solution. Not too fond of it, but spent more time than I wanted on the task. Going to close it now.
