Remove Facebook and Twitter submenus when only one option

Overall I like the plugin, but for the Facebook and Twitter sharing, I have only chosen one option for each (share blog link) but they still display a submenu, rather than the icon just directly linking to the given function (like the WhatsApp button).

Is it possible to remove the submenu for these options and have the icon link directly to the function in question when there is only one option for each of these buttons?
