Remove EXIF from attachments

Hi,

is there any way I can preprocess uploaded image files before they get resend? We want to remove any EXIF data form all jpg/png files, therefore we installed the plugin “Remove exif and metadata”. But unfortunately this plugin does only work when uploading images into wordpress directly not via contact form 7

Any ideas?
