Remove Espresso Page/Post

I noticed the other day that my site still has the https://www.example.com/espresso/ sample page listed. I don’t see it anywhere in the backend however so that I may remove it. I only noticed it because I received an email message about moderating a comment that someone left on the page.

How can I get rid of that if I can’t see the post or page in the backend? And, are there other default pages left around as well?
