Remove entries from database – not working

Hey there,

got one issue with this wonderful plugin. I moved some files via ftp and synced them within the plugin.

I tried to fix the missing files and folders via “Remove entries from database” but nothing happened. Even a full sync won’t fix this problem.

Any clue what to do next?
