First I am very glad to hear that you are getting in on extending The Events Calendar V5 views.

We made a lot of changes as you can see, all of them might seem overwhelming at first, but we were very careful to make the new templates a lot more easily maintainable by third-party developers as well as internally by our team.

So one of the most important things that we changed was how the Templates are now a lot smaller to allow for more granular control over individual pieces of the calendar.

I do understand that having that many templates can be harder to find what you are trying to customize.

1. tribe_events_event_schedule_details_formatting is the filter you are looking for
2. If you take a closer look at the first Documentation article I sent you you will see some examples of something similar, but also look at how tribe_get_event works
