Remove email field from default comment form

    I would appreciate receiving appropriate CSS code to paste as Additional CSS theme customization to remove the email field from the default WP comments form. (Note I am not using the wpDiscuz plugin which most of the replies to this question already on the forum refer to or any other forms plugin.) Thanks for whatever help anyone can provide.

    Try using this CSS and see if that helps.

    span#email-notes, p.comment-form-email {
    display: none;
    visibility: hidden;
}

    Thank you for your suggestion. It successfully removed the <email> field BUT it also removed the <name> field. Can you perhaps now provide CSS code that will ADD a <name> field to the comment form? Thanks.
