• I created a front end form for users to change their password after we create their account.

Is there a way to remove the “Edit Password” button and just display password field and the confirm password field? It’s causing a great deal of difficulty with my users. What’s worse, it’s driving users away.

This is what I see in the admin when I added the form to the Elementor page:
    Screen-Shot-2021-02-18-at-3-00-35-PM

But this is what the users see:
    Screen-Shot-2021-02-18-at-3-01-21-PM

Is this a registration form or an edit user profile form?

This is an ACF Frontend form that I changed to an Edit User form under Actions > Main Action but it’s only for users to change their password. It’s using the URL param user_id to update the user.

Thanks for the info. We will take care of this right after the weekend. Thanks for pointing this out

This same thing is happening with a Edit Profile form as well.

Was there a solution to this problem, because I’m experiencing the same thing. I’d like the “Edit Profile” and “Cancel” buttons removed but I don’t know how to do this.

    Hello

We added an option for this in version 2.10.16. It is called “Force Edit”

Sorry, where can I find this option? It does not appear to be attached to forms or to fields.

It is within the edit password field
