Remove duplicate title

.custom-header .entry-title {
	display: none;
}

It seems to have left behind the grey background with the text “Home >>Bodybuilding products >> How To Cut Fat While Gaining Muscle As A Woman”

Is it possible to remove this too? Thanks again!
