    Hello. In your case you can resolve it:
    * go to wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-products-filter\views\html_types\select.php
    * add your text here: <option value="0">__MY_TEXT_GOES_HERE__<?php echo WOOF_HELPER::wpml_translate($taxonomy_info) ?></option>
