Remove dots in background

    Hello,
    We were just informed by the site owner that dots and other style affects have been added to his site and he wants them removed. Since we didn’t implement these changes (and don’t know who did) we need some assistance locating the source of the issue.

    If you take a look at the homepage, all image assets have grey dots or slashes surrounding the assets. This is what the client wants removed and returned to the plain white background it once was. Anyone familiar with this issue and know of a solution?
