Remove Donate Now Button at Goal 100%

    Hello, we would like for the DONATE NOW button to not appear when the goal of 100% is reached. I understand there is a “Close Form when Goal Achieved”, but our Donate Now button directs to a third-party vendor and we do not accept donations once our goal is reached. I’ve tested multiple angles within the plugin and cannot find out how to accomplish this. Seems pretty basic, so I’m assuming it’s a dumb thing on my end. Any help is VERY appreciated.

    If the “Donate” button was a Give button, then it would be removed by using the “Close Form when Goal Achieved” feature. But it looks like those buttons are not created with Give. Without that, there’s not a lot I can do to help.

    Is there any reason why you’re not using the Give forms for donations?

    Hi Matt, thanks for getting back. I came into this job after it was built so trying to bring the solution. Appreciate your help. We are using an old system Chicash, so my boss set the button up to direct to this point for donation collection. But now wants it to be disabled upon achieving 100% (manually entered) As for the button, I’m seeing,

    So would you assume that the button is being generated by the Bethlehem theme, (who use your plugin)?

    Yes, Bethlehem has native support for Give, but if you point the button somewhere else then Give can’t do anything at that point. I’d recommend reaching out to the Bethlehem authors about this issue. We’ve worked with them, they are solid developers and provide good support.
