Remove details and open on new tab

  • Hi,

    I’m new with this plug-in. Professionals Portfolio / Portfolio Pro

    Just wondering how to remove the details button and leave the view button (ext URL) when hover over the photo.

    Once user click on the photo it open on new tab. Would it possible open on the same window?

  • Hi Eddy,

    I’ve just installed the plug-in and wanted the link to open in the same window also.

    Just edit the file “class-portfolio-pro-public.php” which is located in the map “public”. Then find a section called “//Vertical”.

    There you see in several lines “target=”_blank” . Just remove these and it will open in the same window/tab.

    It works perfectly cool now.

    Just wondering do you know how to show a different portfolio in different page?

    I try to find the shortcode, but it doesn’t seem to have one that show particular categories.

    You’re welcome.

    With regards to show just a particular category: I’ve checked the code and that is not currently implemented.
