Remove default state selection on checkout

You can set the “Default Customer Location” as “No location by default”, so no state or country will be selected on the Checkout by default.

I have same problem however it doesn’t work. On checkout page, state default still showing https://prntscr.com/bsaeh7

This change won’t take effect until you have a new session/try a new browser, and not logged in.
