Remove default 'donations' permalink

Dear sirs,
Currently, if i create a new form ( aqrab), the link would be something like this :
https://mydomainname.my/donations/aqrab/Can i change / remove the ‘donations’ from the permalink, to something like this…every time i create a new form:
https://mydomainname.my/aqrab/
Actually, i wish to have a short url, looks nicer and easy to remember for marketing purpose.
