Remove debugging code in plugin

    The following lines should not be in this plugin:

    // DEBUG ONLY
define('WP_DEBUG', false) ;
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false) ;

    This causes an error when either of those constants is already defined, which they are by default. Also, an analytics plugin has no business setting the debugging level of a site.
