Remove Date from showing in Review

Hi,

I really like this plugin, it’s simple to use and does exactly what I need, but I’m wondering if there is a way to customise it so that it doesn’t show the date of the review. I often send out a mailer asking people to leave a review and so I get several showing one date and then maybe nothing for a few weeks/months. I’d prefer no date was shown at all. Is this possible?
