There currently is no hook to remove the dashboard widget, you can hide it by going to the “Screen Options” and unchecking the “Remove Yoast SEO Comments” widget.

I might implement a hook in the near future to fully remove it from the dashboard, it is however handy to know when the plugin becomes incompatible by Yoast SEO updates.

I would like ask same ??
May be you could make visible only for admin and editor.
So could be not visible for authors and contributor.

    Please consider it ??

Sure, update 3.0.2 was issued which limits the dashboard widget to admin-only.
