remove dashboard link

Hi,

In the admin bar options there is an option to disable the ‘visit site’ drop down when you hover over the site name while in the dashboard, and this works great. But when viewing the site, the dashboard link still comes up when hovering over the site name. Is there any way to disable that as well? Without disabling the site name button. I would like to keep it there but not show any drop down menus when you hover.
