Remove current page from navigation?

Hi all, how can I remove my link “home” for my static homepage when a visitor is on that homepage? In other words, if someone is on the homepage, remove “home” from menu. If they are on the post or other page, show the “home” link.
The blog is here:
https://conservationpros.com/blog/FYI. I set “home” as the static homepage, “news” as the blog page. I removed the hard coded “blog” link from my header, so just the pages show up in the navigation. Thanks!
