Remove credit in footer

    Hi,

    How do I remove “THEME BY ANDERS NOREN” from the footer in Hemingway via CSS (I’m not interested in plug-ins or php changes)? I saw a thread about the Hamilton theme but the answer there is not working.

    I’m happy to make a donation to Andres per the instructions on his website…
