remove “Create New Ticket” label from the corresponding tab

    It is not possible.

    Furthermore, I would like to remove the “Apply Filter” button in Tickets tab.

    Please use below custom css to hide “Apply Filter” button in ticket tab. Please goto Support Plus -> Settings -> Custom CSS
    #wpspBtnApplyFrontTicketFilter, #wpspBtnResetFrontTicketFilter { display: none; }
