Remove Cover Image from new jobs

Hello,
This may be an Avada theme question not WP Job Manager, but I would like to post jobs without the giant cover image on the top with the job title overlay on it.
When I post a new job I’d like it to hide that, but I have tried hiding it in WordPress but nothing I do works.
The reason I need to do this is because A. it’s tacky and hides vital info lower on the page, and B. candidates don’t see the error or success message and just close it thinking they’re done.
I am sure this is an easy fix, if it’s not ok to ask here I’m sorry.
