Remove country code from woocommerce order

Hi,

thanks for sharing this great plugin. However, I have a question if you are kind enough to answer.

Is it possible to remove a specific country phone code from woocommerce orders with some custom hook?

Lets say that my country code is +39. I want my clients to choose it on the checkout but I dont want the code to be in front of the phone on the order. Is it possible to remove the +39 in front of the number so it wont appear on woocommerce orders?
