Why would you need to do this? This status is important; its needed to flag up orders which payment has not succeeded and is awaiting admin intervention…

You’re right, I should not eliminate it, but now I have another problem , since the last update , when a customer places an order , does not get notification by email, and I do not get the notice “New Order” …

In WooCommerce settings I have activated / enabled box “Enable this email notification .”

    What could be happening?

What status does the order have?

1 order has the status of “On hold” , paid by bank transfer , and other order has the status of “Processing” , paid by paypal .

None of the 2 customers have come to him for email notification , me neither .

Are other WP emails sending for you? e.g. lost password

I tried to give “I lost my password” and I do not get the email .

    Thats weird…
