I followed a guide to setting up the complianz cookies and gdpr plugin, I know that when the plugin scan the website to find all the cookies it return too the cookies that are used only on the admin side.
I need to know how can I get which cookies of the list are used only on the admin side, like cookies lied to WP interface, Divi etc. and how can I remove it from the list.

    Hello @jckmntn,

Complianz will obtain information about the detected cookies on your website from CookieDatabase.org, including whether a specific cookie is classified as an “admin-only” cookie. If that is the case, it will automatically be marked as such, and hidden from your Cookie Policy.

But I see that the Cookie List on your website appears to not have been synchronized with CookieDatabase yet, so the plugin hasn’t had the chance to check if that is the case for the cookies found on your website.

Could you try synchronizing with CookieDatabase once more by clicking the “Sync” button found under Wizard > Consent > Cookie descriptions?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Ok I did it, now they seems all categorized.
So I dont need to remove anything, all the cookies now showed are the cookies used from the user side?
I can see some cookies from Divi builder, I don’t think this are used on the user side.

    Hi @jckmntn,

Some DIVI cookies can be used for content that can disappear/appear based on user interaction, like a pop-up.

Can you tell me which cookies there are available? We can check with the cookiedatabase.org moderators.

    regards Aert

    Hello @jckmntn,

Thank you for providing this information.

The moderators will investigate and add those Divi cookies to the database (and mark them as “administrator-only” when needed), after which you can run another Sync with CookieDatabase to reflect these changes on your Cookie Policy.

I hope this helps/clarifies! I will mark this thread as resolved for now, but feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
