    Hi there,

I have build a website, but now there is a new owner and he does the maintenance himself and he changed the wp-admin password. In the UpdraftPlus my Dropbox conection is still active, so back-ups are still made to my account.

I am not in contact with the new owner, so I can’t changes the settings in the website.

Is there a way to disconnect from Dropbox? In stead of from logging in into the website-admin?

    Thanks for helping.

    Hi,

Yes you can login to your Dropbox account and go to your account settings

    https://www.dropbox.com/account/

When on this page you should see a security tab if you click this and scroll to the bottom of the page you should see a Apps linked section.

There you will see UpdraftPlus if you click the X next to it this will remove UpdraftPlus access to it.

You can then remove the UpdraftPlus App folder if you do not want the content inside.

    Best Wishes,

    Ashley

    Thanks for your answer.
I am afraid this is not working for me.

I use the updrafplus on several websites. So if I desconnect the way you mentioned, ALL backups will be disconnected?
