Remove Confirm Password field place holder

hello,

on last update confirm password field has got place holder, as i don’t use place holders on my forms, now my confirm password filed has got one even my main password and other fields has no place holder.

how can i remove placeholder from confirm password field ?

P.S: i think it’s better for Confirm field to have placeholder ONLY if main Password field has one.
