Remove component product from cart

    Is there a way to remove a component product (add-on) from a composite on the cart page without deleting the main (composite) product?
    The scenario is as follows, I’m adding an optional add-on to the cart with the main product and when in the cart, I want to remove the add-on. Currently, I can’t remove it as there’s no option to remove the add-on just the main product with the main product.
