There are many styles that are added inline on form elements, even by checking “inherit styles from theme”.
This is complicated to manage in my theme.

Is there a filter or something else to remove completely inline styles?

    Thanks,
    Marie.

  • Hi there!

The inline styles can’t be removed from the forms built with our editor. As a workaround, you could write custom CSS targeting the form’s classes and add !important in each rule, so it will override the inline styles.

    Have a nice day!

Hi @dromero20 , please remove the inline style if we choose “inherit styles from theme”. I develop custom themes and I like to add MailPoet to my clients to setup a newsletter. But I always have to fight with these shitty styles in my theme, with !important.

In what does “padding: 5px;” help in an input field exactly? I’ve requested this in the feature web of MailPoet because I think this is not a feature, it’s a failure, but I’ve been waiting like… 1 or 2 years?
