Remove comments from Weaver xtreme mybooktable

I am using the Weaver Xtreme theme with a mybooktable plug-in, and would like to disable comments at the bottom of a page.

I have unchecked all of the boxes on the Discussion Settings page, but I still get a comment area on the bottom of genre and series pages that are generated by mybooktable. Here, for example: https://dianejreed.com/series/enchanted-outlaws/

I’m not sure if it’s the theme or the plug-in causing the problem, but can you help? Thanks!
