Did you remove all the fees in the Flat Rate Shipping Documentation – WooCommerce – Shipping settings? Do you use any non-native/default plugin for Shipping settings?

    Hello janbrokes,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

To ensure that I can provide you with the most accurate and helpful information, could you please clarify a few details for me?

Are you seeking to remove just the additional fees linked to a payment gateway when customers change their shipping method?

It would be great if you could share a few screenshots of the website you showed in the video with comments/instructions in English. I saw the video but since it is not in English language, it was difficult to comprehend.

Once I have a clearer picture of your needs, I’ll be able to guide you through the next steps or provide you with the appropriate resources to achieve your desired checkout setup.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

@janbrokes, OK this is how your additional plugins work. Which plugins do you use (or theme customization) for this extra functionality?

    Hello janbrokes,

Thank you for your reply and for creating a detailed video.

I now understand that you are looking for a way to remove all checkout fees associated with a particular payment gateway when the shipping method is changed.

As you’ve noted, the old fees remain added to the cart total even after changing the delivery method and only update upon reselecting the Cash on Delivery payment option.

This is indeed a complex situation and as it involves a customization that is not part of the standard WooCommerce core functionality, a plugin or custom code snippet may be managing these fees.

Under our Support Policy, we are unable to provide a direct solution for customizations implemented outside of the core WooCommerce features.

Given the nature of this issue, I would recommend consulting with a professional web developer who has expertise in WooCommerce customizations. They should be able to help you modify or remove the code that’s keeping the fees in place when the shipping method changes.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions related to the standard WooCommerce functionality. ??

    Best regards.
