Remove check for advanced.cache.php when not using page cache.

Hi,
A possible update maybe but at least a need for me.
When not using W3’s Page Cache, W3 still checks for the advanced-cache.php. I’m using advanced-cache.php but not that of W3 so I would like to remove the check.
Can you provide a snippet to remove the check or at least the place to comment out the check?
I would think it would be better maybe to only check for this when the feature is being used. Not common, I’m sure…
