Remove/Change PayPal Icons

Hello,

As mentioned in this post, we’d like to remove the PayPal icons from the checkout – if you could simply assign a class to them in HTML that would be excellent.

Alternatively (and preferred) we would like to change the icon to something of our own.

Is there a piece of code we could enter in functions.php to make this happen?
