remove category from under blog post entry title

May I pplease ask how did you modify your footer menu? And you also have a very cool search bar how did that happen? This footer menu is a pain and looks awful,the original.

No, I’m afraid that didn’t work.

It seems like there should be some simple CSS to keep the category from displaying at all.

I’ve tried this, but it doesn’t work:

  display: none;
}

Please try adding the CSS below to the bottom of the customizer in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

.cat-links {
    display: none;
}
