Remove Calendar in the Footer- Exray

  • Go to Appearance > Widgets and look for the footer widgets section on the right. Find the Calendar widget, open it and select delete.

    Actually, those are default widgets used when there are no widgets in it.

    Go to Sidebar area called Fourth Footer, drag in an empty Text widget or any other widget of your choice. If nothing in mind, use Text widget and put in a “Thanks for visiting {your site name}.” for SEO benefit.
