You can but we don’t have an option or setting for it. You’ll have to do a bit of template customization by editing various templates found in the “templates” directory inside LifterLMS.
Once you find the templates you want to customize, follow our guide on template overrides so you can add your customized templates to your theme or child theme so that in the future you can safely update LifterLMS without losing your customizations.

You can also add some custom CSS to “display: none” the elements you don’t want showing. This is a faster way of achieving the same end, but template customization is the more perfect route.
